I’m a doctoral candidate in Rhetoric & Composition at Purdue University. Currently, I teach courses in the Professional Writing program, including courses in technical writing and document design.

I enjoy pursuing research interests that range from feminist rhetorical histories, new media, gender and technology, and technical communication. My current research focuses on women’s rhetorical histories, silencing and erasure, as well as archiving and visualizing the data generated by networked activism. Specifically, I analyze networked hashtag movements as rhetorical events that assert women’s voices in the public sphere.
